They demanded that Bokros returned his mandate. Today, Bokros is an independent MEP. In April 2011 the Democratic Community of Welfare and Freedom (JESZ)legally succeeded the Hungarian Democratic Forum (MDF). It launched a civil law suit against Bokros in December 2011.
