Die Stiftung will eine langfristige politische Orientierung geben, die nicht nur auf Tagesinteressen abhebt, das bürgerschaftliche Verantwortungs- und Zusammengehörigkeitsgefühl stärken, eine vom Katholizismus unabhängige Wertekultur (positiver Laizismus) herauszubilden, in der auch religiöse Quellen ihren Platz haben mögen, und die Würde der Frau in einem konservativen Kontext wiederherstellen.Die Stiftung wirkt durch Publikationen und Publikumsveranstaltungen.
